Yes, we offer a standard 24-month warranty on our repairs. Extended warranty periods are also available upon request—just contact us. We will coordinate the exact duration and coverage with you individually.
It depends on the scope – individual repairs can be completed within a few days, while for serial work, we agree on fixed processing times with you. If necessary, we also offer express processing or replacement devices.
We repair a wide range of electronic assemblies – including controllers, CNC assemblies, power supplies, drive modules, I/O cards, HMI devices, and robotics. If necessary, we are happy to assess the repairability of individual components in advance.
We repair industrial electronics from the following manufacturers: Siemens, KUKA, ABB, KEBA, Reis, Danfoss, SEW Eurodrive, Lenze, Bosch Rexroth, Indramat, B&R, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, and many more. If necessary, we will be happy to assess the repairability of your assembly.
We work with you to create a customized maintenance plan. This schedule specifies the intervals at which we will clean, inspect, overhaul, or replace your components. Everything is documented and handled according to industry standards.
