Our repair service is simple and convenient:
- Select "Repair (Request)" and add it to your shopping cart for a price of €0.
- Complete the order process as you would for a normal product.
- After ordering, you will automatically receive a repair form, which you must fill out.
- You now have two options: Self-shipment: Send us the defective device along with the completed form // Free collection: Alternatively, you can arrange for us to collect it for you free of charge – you will find all the information on this in the form or the order confirmation.
- After receiving and inspecting your device, we will provide you with a non-binding cost estimate, informing you of the estimated repair costs and duration.
- You then decide whether the repair should be carried out.
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time for a product depends on various factors, such as availability and the shipping option selected. Items in stock are usually shipped the same day. The delivery time is clearly stated in the offer.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 24-month guarantee on all products and repairs.
Can I pick up the goods from you?
Yes, you can pick up the assambly from our warehouse in 45659 Recklinghausen (Germany) after consulting our customer service if the required part is in stock.
Can I order as a private individual?
Unfortunately, we do not offer purchase or repair services to private individuals. Our services are aimed exclusively at commercial customers.
